研究了用 D296树脂从硫酸体系中吸附锆、铪,考察了吸附时间、初始料液质量浓度、温度、硫酸浓度对树脂吸附锆、铪及锆、铪分离系数的影响及吸附反应动力学。结果表明:溶液中锆离子质量浓度为120 g/L 、温度1℃、硫酸浓度1.6 mol/L 条件下,D296树脂对锆、铪的静态吸附分离系数最大,为1.19。动力学研究结果表明,D296树脂吸附锆离子的控制步骤为液膜扩散,D296树脂吸附锆离子的活化能 E=158.639 kJ/mol 。
研究瞭用 D296樹脂從硫痠體繫中吸附鋯、鉿,攷察瞭吸附時間、初始料液質量濃度、溫度、硫痠濃度對樹脂吸附鋯、鉿及鋯、鉿分離繫數的影響及吸附反應動力學。結果錶明:溶液中鋯離子質量濃度為120 g/L 、溫度1℃、硫痠濃度1.6 mol/L 條件下,D296樹脂對鋯、鉿的靜態吸附分離繫數最大,為1.19。動力學研究結果錶明,D296樹脂吸附鋯離子的控製步驟為液膜擴散,D296樹脂吸附鋯離子的活化能 E=158.639 kJ/mol 。
연구료용 D296수지종류산체계중흡부고、협,고찰료흡부시간、초시료액질량농도、온도、류산농도대수지흡부고、협급고、협분리계수적영향급흡부반응동역학。결과표명:용액중고리자질량농도위120 g/L 、온도1℃、류산농도1.6 mol/L 조건하,D296수지대고、협적정태흡부분리계수최대,위1.19。동역학연구결과표명,D296수지흡부고리자적공제보취위액막확산,D296수지흡부고리자적활화능 E=158.639 kJ/mol 。
Adsorption separation of hafnium from zirconium in sulfuric acid medium by D 296 ion‐exchange resin was researched .The effects of adsorption time ,initial concentrate of zirconium and hafnium in solution ,temperature and sulfuric acid concentrate on separation coefficient of zirconium and hafnium were examined ,and the reaction dynamics was also studied .The results show that under the conditions of zirconium ion mass concentrate of 120 g/L ,temperature of 1 ℃ ,sulfuric acid concentrate of 1 .6 mol/L ,the static adsorption separation coefficient of zirconium and hafnium is maximum(1 .19) .Dynamics research results show that the main controlling step for D296 adsorption zirconium ion is liquid membrane diffusion .The adsorption activation energy of D296 for zirconium ion is 158 .639 kJ/mol .
