目的：探讨舌状截囊方法在过熟期白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。<br> 方法：对380眼过熟期白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术中采用舌状截囊方法，术后观察及随访其疗效。<br> 结果：所有患眼术后视力均有不同程度提高，视力恢复情况：术后1d，0．1以下85眼（22．4％），0．1～0．3者162眼（42．6％），0．4～0．6者87眼（22．9％），0．6以上者46眼（12．1％）。术后1mo 0．1以下33眼（8．7％），0．1～0．3者152眼（40．0％），0．4～0．6者117眼（30．8％），0．6以上者78眼（20．5％）。术中术后并发症：术中悬韧带断离16眼（4．2％），后囊膜破裂25眼（6．6％），角膜水肿53眼（13．9％），人工晶状体偏位12眼（3．2％）。<br> 结论：舌状截囊方法容易掌握，手术的安全性更好，更适合在援非过熟期白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术中的应用。

목적：탐토설상절낭방법재과숙기백내장낭외적제연합인공정상체식입술적림상효과。<br> 방법：대380안과숙기백내장낭외적제연합인공정상체식입술중채용설상절낭방법，술후관찰급수방기료효。<br> 결과：소유환안술후시력균유불동정도제고，시력회복정황：술후1d，0．1이하85안（22．4％），0．1～0．3자162안（42．6％），0．4～0．6자87안（22．9％），0．6이상자46안（12．1％）。술후1mo 0．1이하33안（8．7％），0．1～0．3자152안（40．0％），0．4～0．6자117안（30．8％），0．6이상자78안（20．5％）。술중술후병발증：술중현인대단리16안（4．2％），후낭막파렬25안（6．6％），각막수종53안（13．9％），인공정상체편위12안（3．2％）。<br> 결론：설상절낭방법용역장악，수술적안전성경호，경괄합재원비과숙기백내장낭외적제연합인공정상체식입술중적응용。
?AIM:To investigate the clinical effect of hypermature cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation by the tongue capsulotomy method. <br> ?METHODS:A total of 380 eyes with hypermature cataract were applied tongue capsulotomy method in cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. All of eyes were observed and followed up the effect after operation. <br> ?RESULTS:The visual acuity of all cases was improved after the operation. One day after operation, 85 eyes ( 22.4%) were below 0.1, 162 eyes ( 42.6%) were between 0.1 to 0.3, 87 eyes (22.9%) were between 0.4 to 0.6, 46 eyes (12.1%) were above 0.6.One month after operation, 33 eyes ( 8.7%) were below 0.1, 152 eyes (40.0%) were between 0.1 to 0.3, 117 eyes ( 30.8%) were between 0.4 to 0.6, 78 eyes (20.5%) were above 0.6. Intraoperative or postoperative complications:intraoperative suspensory ligament broken occurred in 16 eyes (4.2%), posterior capsular rupture occurred in 25 eyes ( 6.6%), 53 eyes ( 13.9%) were found corneal edema, 12 eyes ( 3.2%) were found artificial crystal offset. <br> ?CONCLUSION:The tongue capsulotomy method is easy to grasp, the security of this method is better than others. It is more suitable for the use of hypermature cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation during aid Africa.
