为探讨运动与共轭亚油酸(CLA)对青春期肥胖大鼠在8周减肥过程中的能量代谢、体重和 Lee's 指数的影响,在大鼠建模后,取32只肥胖大鼠随机分为4组,每组8只,分别为肥胖对照组、单纯 CLA 组、单纯运动组、运动结合 CLA 组.实验方案设计为:动物跑台速度21~25 m/min,60 min/次,CLA 采用1.6 g/(kg·d)灌胃,5次/周,连续8周,每周测定体重、体长、计算 Lee's 指数,并采用大鼠代谢系统测大鼠运动后即刻状态吸氧量和能量消耗.结果显示:8周过程中,干预各组表现出运动后即刻肌肉吸氧量、总吸氧量、肌肉能耗和总能耗明显高于对照组,运动组高于单纯 CLA 组,在第8周表现最明显;体重增长幅度表现为运动组和运动结合 CLA 组均低于单纯 CLA 组、对照组;Lee's 指数表现为干预各组在第8周均低于对照组.得出青春期肥胖大鼠伴随周龄的增加,体重呈上升趋势,而肌肉吸氧量和总吸氧量、肌肉能耗和总能耗呈下降趋势,8周不同干预方法均能抵抗其下降,并且能抑制体重增加和降低 Lee's 指数,运动结合 CLA 效果最为明显.

To explore effects of exercise and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)on the changing trends of energy metabo-lism,weight and Lee's index of adolescent obese rats in 8 weeks of weight loss process,32 obese rats after modeling were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 8 rats in each group.They were obese control group,supplementation with CLA group,exercise group,and exercise combined with CLA supplementation group.The experimental pro-gram is at speed of 21 ~25 m/min,60 min/times,CLA 1.6 g/(kg·d),5 times/week,for 8 weeks,to measure weight,length,and Lee's index every week.Immediate oxygen consumption and energy consumption were meas-ured by using rat metabolic system.During 8 weeks,the intervention groups showed that the immediate muscle oxy-gen consumption,total oxygen consumption,immediate muscle energy consumption and total energy consumption after exercise were higher than those of the control group obviously,the same indexes of exercise group were higher than CLA group,showed the most obvious in the eighth week.The weight growth rate of exercise group and exer-cise combined with CLA group was lower than that of the CLA group and control group.Lee's index of intervention groups was lower than that of the control group.The results showed that the weight of adolescent obese rats was in-creased with weeks.But the muscle oxygen consumption,total oxygen consumption,muscle energy consumption and total energy consumption were decreased.Different intervention methods had effect on the indexes,exercise combined with CLA was the most obvious.
