以生态价值观和可持续发展理念建构的阖闾城考古遗址公园，在规划与建设过程中，整个环境系统有理性科学的预设与筹谋，妥善处理好“部分”与“整体”、“自然生态”与“文化生态”、“原真性”与“创新性”、利益与效益、历史与未来等各方面的关系，避免了诸多因随心所欲或个人意志而造成的生态破坏、资源浪费、环境污染等，因此遗址公园形成了秀美清丽的自然生态、自成一体的景观生态、相互映照的旅游生态和融入都市的文化生态共生共荣的格局，实现了“遗产保护与生态建设共赢、文化传播与旅游开发互补，品牌确立与审美意境递进、区域发展与城市实力跃升”的愿景。

Based on ecological values and the concept of sustainable development,the whole environmental system is preset and re-examined with rational science in the process of planning and construction of the archaeological site park in Helv city.The relationships between “part”and “whole”,“natural ecology”and“cultural ecology”,“truth”and “innovation”,interests and benefits,as well as history and future,have been properly handled.Ecological destruction,resources waste,environmental pollution and so on,which are caused by casual inclination or individual will,have been effectively avoided.Thus,the park has developed a beautiful natural ecology,a self-contained landscape ecology,a mutually reflective tourism ecology as well as a pattern of coexistence and co-prosperity with integration of the urban cultural ecology. As a result,such construction strategies have achieved the win-win situation between cultural heritage protection and ecological construction,have realized the complementary between cultural transmission and tourism development, have attained the combination between brand establishment and progressive aesthetic artistic conception,and have succeeded in regional development with a jump in urban power.
