Rana dybowskii%milk%growth%metamorphosis%tadpole
在水温21~23℃条件下,采用单因子试验方法研究牛奶对东北林蛙蝌蚪生长发育及变态的影响.结果表明:牛奶影响蝌蚪生长发育及变态;添加牛奶的3组( T2,T3,T4)蝌蚪的活体质量及相对生长自23日龄起较空白组逐渐显出优势;T2组蝌蚪成活率及变态率最高, T4组最低;各试验组之间的变态幼蛙初始质量差异极显著(P<0.01).随着牛奶添加量的增加,变态幼蛙初始质量增加,但变态开始日龄延后及历时延长;蝌蚪最大活体质量、开始变态日龄、变态期历时及变态幼蛙初始质量与牛奶添加量呈正线性相关,相关系数分别为0.728,0.968,1.000,0.987;变态率与牛奶添加量呈负线性相关,相关系数为-0.724;适宜的牛奶添加量为每100只蝌蚪0.5~1.0 mL.

The effects of the milk on tadpole growth and metamorphosis in Rana dybowskii were studied under the water temperature of 21 ~23 ℃ by the means of one-factor experiment. The results showed that the milk had significant effect on the tadpoles growth and metamorphosis. Compared with the blank group of T1 ,the test groups of T2 ,T3 ,T4 which added the milk proved advantage in LBW and relative growth of tadpoles at the age of 23 days. The survival rate and the metamorphosis rate in the test group of T2 were the highest and T4 were the lowest among these groups. The body weights of young frog after metamorphosis among four groups had significant differences each other (P<0. 01). With the increase of the milk added,the body weight of young frog increased, but the start metamorphosis days were delayed and the duration was prolonged. The maximum live weights,the start metamorphosis day and duration and the body weight of young frog after metamorphosis were positively related to the milk,the coefficients were 0. 728,0. 968,1. 000 and 0. 987,respectively. The metamorphosis rate was negatively correlated to the milk,the coefficient was -0. 724. The optimum additive quantity of the milk for tadpoles was from 0. 5 mL to 1. 0 mL per 100 tadpoles.
