目的：探讨黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片)联合益生菌及促动力药对功能性便秘的疗效。方法采用前瞻性、随机、对照方法,2015年1~6月就诊于天津医科大学总医院消化科的功能性便秘患者120例,随机分为2组,联合治疗组(n =60例)和对照组(n =60例),对照组予双岐杆菌三联活菌,0.42 g,3次/d,莫沙必利,5 mg,3次/d,联合治疗组在上述基础上加用黛力新,1片,2次/d,疗程8周；分别于入组、第8周末评估排便情况、情绪状态以及睡眠质量。结果治疗8周后,联合治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P <0.01)；联合治疗组焦虑及抑郁指数较对照组明显降低、睡眠质量显著改善(P <0.01)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合益生菌及促动力药能够有效治疗功能性便秘,且伴有情绪及睡眠质量改善。

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the curative effect of deanxit combined with probiotics and prokinetics in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods A prospective,randomized and controlled study was performed in 120 patients with functional constipation who were randomly divided into two groups,control group with bifidobacteria and mosapride (n =60)and combined treatment group with bifidobacteria,mosaprideand deanxit (n = 60).Defecation, emotional state and sleep quality were evaluated in the beginning and 8 weeks after treatment.Results After 8 weeks' treatment,the therapeutic effect was significantly better in combined treatment group than in control group (88.3% vs 45.0%,P <0.01);The index of anxiety and depression was significantly lower in combined treatment group than in control group,and the sleep quality improved significantly (P <0.01 ).Conclusion Deanxit combined with probiotics and prokinetics was effective in the treatment of functional constipation,and has improvement in mood and sleep quality.
