采用Y分子筛作为吸附剂,分别使用扫描电子显微镜( SEM)和X-射线衍射( XRD)对其进行结构进行表征,并研究其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.表征结果表明Y分子筛的晶型和骨架结构良好,粒径范围为0.5~0.8μm.吸附实验结果表明亚甲基蓝在Y分子筛上的吸附动力学符合伪二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型;吸附随着温度升高而变强,溶液的pH值和Na+强度对吸附过程存在较大影响.

The Y-zeolites were characterized by scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and X-ray diffraction ( XRD) . Then the adsorption of MB on Y-zeolites was investigated. Adsorption kinetic of MB on Y-zeolite could be well described by the pseudo-second order kinetic model. Adsorption experimental results show that the data could be fitted by the Freundlich equations and that the adsorption increases with increasing temperature. The pH and Na+ ionic strength of the solution significantly affects the MB adsorption on Y-zeolite.
