实验研究了外源亚精胺( Spd)对Hg2+胁迫下凤眼莲叶片细胞内脯氨酸( Pro)含量、多胺合成酶( ADC和ODC)和多胺氧化酶( Pro)活性的影响及调节作用。结果显示:随着Hg2+处理浓度的升高,各处理凤眼莲叶片内Pro含量、ADC和ODC活性先升后降,PAO活性逐渐降低。外源Spd的施用提高了Pro含量,提高了ADC、ODC和PAO活性。该研究说明Hg2+胁迫引起了凤眼莲体内多胺和Pro代谢的紊乱,外源Spd缓解了这种代谢紊乱。

The influence of exogenous spermidine ( Spd) on polyamines( PAs) metabolism in water hyacinth leaves under Mercury( Hg) stress was investigated after 6 days treatment. The result showed that the Pro content, the ac-tivities of ADC, and ODC increased at first and then decreased;the activity of PAO decreased with the increase of the Hg concentrations. Compared with the Hg-treatment only, exogenous Spd (0. 1mM) increased the contents of Pro and the activities of ADC, ODC, and PAO in water hyacinth leaves. These results suggest that exogenous Spd can alleviate the metabolic disturbance of polyamines caused by Hg in water hyacinthe leaves.
