目的：研究分析临床中对青光眼患者使用Ahmed青光眼阀植入治疗的效果。方法根据2009年9月～2014年12月我院的80例青光眼患者来进行研究分析，为患者提供Ahmed青光眼阀植入治疗，对该种治疗后患者的眼压、视力和并发症情况进行比较分析，统计患者的临床治疗有效率。结果经过治疗后，全部患者共有69例有效病例，占全部患者的86.25%；有80例患者术后接受跟踪随访，其视力以及眼压相比手术之前有很大差异，P＜0.05；全部患者共出现了7例短暂性浅前房、4例前房积血、4例脉络膜脱落、4例引流盘周围纤维包裹。结论难治性青光眼患者接受Ahmed青光眼阀植入术治疗的临床有效率高，患者的眼压和视力在治疗前后有显著差异，并发症几率低，应用效果优秀，能改善患者的生活质量，其治疗费用也不高，所以可以在中层医院使用。
목적：연구분석림상중대청광안환자사용Ahmed청광안벌식입치료적효과。방법근거2009년9월～2014년12월아원적80례청광안환자래진행연구분석，위환자제공Ahmed청광안벌식입치료，대해충치료후환자적안압、시력화병발증정황진행비교분석，통계환자적림상치료유효솔。결과경과치료후，전부환자공유69례유효병례，점전부환자적86.25%；유80례환자술후접수근종수방，기시력이급안압상비수술지전유흔대차이，P＜0.05；전부환자공출현료7례단잠성천전방、4례전방적혈、4례맥락막탈락、4례인류반주위섬유포과。결론난치성청광안환자접수Ahmed청광안벌식입술치료적림상유효솔고，환자적안압화시력재치료전후유현저차이，병발증궤솔저，응용효과우수，능개선환자적생활질량，기치료비용야불고，소이가이재중층의원사용。
Objective To study the effect of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation for glaucoma patients in clinic.Methods According to the study and analysis of 80 patients with glaucoma in our hospital from September 2009 to December 2014, the patients with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation were treated. The postoperative intraocular pressure, visual acuity and complications were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment, all patients had 69 cases, accounted for 86.25% of all patients, 80 cases received follow-up, the visual acuity and intraocular pressure compared with the surgery,P<0.05, all patients were 7 cases of transient shallow anterior chamber, 4 cases of anterior chamber, 4 case of drainage, 4 cases of peripheral fiber.Conclusion The clinical effective rate of the treatment of refractory glaucoma patients with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation is high, the patient's intraocular pressure and visual acuity were signiifcantly different before and after treatment, the complication rate is low, the application effect is excellent, can improve the quality of life of patients, and the treatment cost is not high, so it can be used in the middle hospital.
