论文运用文献研究方法对国内外标杆学习量表的研究现状进行分析梳理,指出现有研究存在重功能性标杆学习测量、轻竞争性标杆学习评估的缺陷。针对研究不足,从组织行为能动性视角,结合竞争性标杆学习和功能性标杆学习构念的内涵特征,利用标杆学习意识、标杆认知获取、标杆知识整合三个维度,对标杆学习测量题项与内容进行设计,形成初始测量量表。继而利用Likert 7级量表编制量表调查问卷,实地调查获取样本数据,并运用统计分析方法,对初始量表进行净化修正与实证检验。实证检验结果表明,本研究开发的标杆学习量表具有良好的信度与效度,能为企业准确评估自身标杆学习状况提供一个可供参考的测量工具。

The domestic and international research status of benchmarking scale are studied in the way of literature-researching methods, and the deficiency of functionality benchmarking and competitive benchmarking are pointed out in the current study. In order to deal with the deficiency of the study in this field, the feature of competitive benchmarking and the functionality benchmarking are combined together based on the view of organizational behavior activity. The three dimensions of benchmarking learning awareness , benchmarking cognitive acquisitions and benchmarking knowledgeable integrations are used to design the items and contents of benchm-arking scale in order to initiate measurement scale. Then, according to the scale questionnaire created by Likert 7-level Scale, there are 453 effective sample data obtained. On this basis, the initial scales are corrected and tested by diffe-rent statistical analysis methods. The empirical result shows that the measurement scales contains good reliability and vali-dity which provide a reference measuring tool for the enterprises to assess their own benchmarking learning situation accurately.
