应用单因素梯度法对采自黑龙江省大兴安岭呼中国家级自然保护区的桦褐孔菌( Inonotus obliquus)菌丝体的液体培养条件进行了优化研究,以真菌多糖产量和菌丝生物量为评价指标。结果表明:桦褐孔菌液体培养的最佳碳源为葡萄糖、最佳氮源为蛋白胨、最适培养温度27℃、最佳初始pH=7.5,最适摇培转速130 r·min-1。
應用單因素梯度法對採自黑龍江省大興安嶺呼中國傢級自然保護區的樺褐孔菌( Inonotus obliquus)菌絲體的液體培養條件進行瞭優化研究,以真菌多糖產量和菌絲生物量為評價指標。結果錶明:樺褐孔菌液體培養的最佳碳源為葡萄糖、最佳氮源為蛋白胨、最適培養溫度27℃、最佳初始pH=7.5,最適搖培轉速130 r·min-1。
응용단인소제도법대채자흑룡강성대흥안령호중국가급자연보호구적화갈공균( Inonotus obliquus)균사체적액체배양조건진행료우화연구,이진균다당산량화균사생물량위평개지표。결과표명:화갈공균액체배양적최가탄원위포도당、최가담원위단백동、최괄배양온도27℃、최가초시pH=7.5,최괄요배전속130 r·min-1。
With the fruiting body of Inonotus obliquus collected from Huzhong National Nature Reserve of the Daxing ’ an Mountains of Heilongjiang Province, we studied the optimization of liquid culture conditions. Taking polysaccharide yield and biomass as two indexes, the liquid culture conditions were optimized using single factor gradient method, and the glu?cose and peptone were assigned to be the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources, respectively, with optimum temperature of 27℃, optimum initial pH of 7.5, and 130 rpm of optimum speed for shaking culture.
