In this paper,we use the case of iodine with starch has special color variation while has maximum absorption peak at 560nm Department, in order to reduce the amount of starch was determined before and after reaction, so that we can detect he Daqu liquefying power that in the unit time capacity liquefaction of starch per gram daqu.
