目的:探讨PBL教学法应用在ICU护理实习教学中的效果。方法将我院126名ICU实习护生分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施传统教学,观察组实施PBL教学。结果对比两组护生的理论知识与技能操作出科成绩,观察组优于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护理实习教学中应用PBL教学,可提高护生的业务水平与整体素质,改善教学质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of PBL teaching method in the teaching of ICU nursing practice.Methods 126 ICU students in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, the control group were implemented in traditional teaching, the observation group was implemented in PBL teaching.Results Contrast two groups of nursing students theory knowledge and operating skills of grades, the observation group to was significantly better than the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching in ICU nursing practice teaching can improve the level of nursing students and the overall quality, improve the teaching quality.
