目的：通过构建基层医院现代临床医学影像学专业人才培养的模式，提高影像科诊疗水平，促进医院发展，更好地为人民健康服务。方法选取2000年以来在放射科的工作人员27名，按职称、岗位将工作人员分组，进行医德医风和专业技术培训，最后考核，填问卷调查表，量化评估培训效果。结果11.1%的人认为培训规范化，有的放矢；14.8%的人认为培训很必要；18.5%的人认为培训易于接受；55.6%的人认为学习效果好。结论培养适应基层医疗卫生事业发展需要的高素质的医学影像技术专门人才，需要构建一套行之有效的人才培养模式。
