目的：浅析前路结核病灶清除植骨融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核患者的围手术期护理体会。方法选取100例患者分为观察组和对照组（n=50），观察组采用围手术期护理，对照组采用一般护理，对比护理效果。结果护理后对比两组的护理效果，观察组优于对照组；两组对比有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论对前路结核病灶清除植骨融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核患者采用围手术期护理的方法临床效果显著。

목적：천석전로결핵병조청제식골융합내고정술치료흉요추결핵환자적위수술기호리체회。방법선취100례환자분위관찰조화대조조（n=50），관찰조채용위수술기호리，대조조채용일반호리，대비호리효과。결과호리후대비량조적호리효과，관찰조우우대조조；량조대비유통계학차이（P＜0.05）。결론대전로결핵병조청제식골융합내고정술치료흉요추결핵환자채용위수술기호리적방법림상효과현저。
Objective To analyze the road ahead for tuberculosis kitchen clean bone graft fusion and internal fixation treatment thoracolumbar tuberculosis patients perioperative nursing experience.Methods 100 patients were divided into observation group and control group (n=50), the observation group USES the perioperative nursing, control group adopts the general nursing, nursing effect. ResultsAfter nursing compared two groups, the nursing effect of observation group was better than control group. Compared the two groups was statistically difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe anterior tuberculosis kitchen clean bone graft fusion and internal ifxation treatment thoracolumbar tuberculosis patients using the methods of perioperative nursing clinical effect is remarkable.
