基于优势演化视角，对地区经济优势产业与主导产业进行理论辨析，并以市场潜力、产业组织、技术水平为基准选择重庆市优势产业；以增长速度、技术进步率、产业关联性为基准选择重庆市主导产业。通过比较发现：地区经济优势产业和主导产业存在交集—“主导优势产业”，地方政府应致力于在发挥区域外生比较优势的基础上，全面培育“主导优势产业”的内生比较优势，促使其转化为竞争优势，实现地区经济跨越式发展。

Based on the perspective of advantageous evolution, a theoretical analysis is taken on the concepts of regional-economic advantageous industry and leading industry. In order to select the advantageous industry in Chongqing, the benchmarks are established, as the market potential, industrial organization, and technological level. At the same time, the benchmarks are established, as the gr-owth rate, technical progress rate and industry relevance, which are for selecting the leading industry in Chongqing. With comparative analysis, there are some overlapped parts between regional-economic advantageous industries and leading industries, called"the Lead-ing and Advantage Industry". On the basis of regional exogenous comparative advantage , local governments should focus on compreh-ensive cultivation of endogenous comparative advantage on "the Leading and Advantage Industry", and prompt them into a competitive advantage, in order to achieve the regional economic development by leaps and bounds.
