目的：探讨CT在结肠癌致肠梗阻疾病中的诊断价值及意义。方法：将2014年3月～2015年3月我院普外科收治的经手术病理检查确诊为结肠癌致肠梗阻的78例患者作为研究对象，患者在术前均行X线平片检查和CT检查，将两种影像学检查资料与术后病理进行比较，比较两种诊断方法的诊断符合率。结果：CT诊断出73例肠梗阻，诊断符合率为93.59%（73/78），X线平片诊断出50例肠梗阻，诊断符合率为64.10%（50/78），两种诊断方法诊断符合率比较，CT诊断明显高于X线平片诊断，差异有统计学意义；CT诊断出肠梗阻病因为结肠癌有73例，病因检出率为100%（73/73），显著高于对照组的12%（6/50），数据比较差异有统计学意义。结论：CT在结肠癌致肠梗阻的诊断价值较X线平片高，可以显著提高结肠癌致肠梗阻诊断的准确性，明确诊断出肠梗阻的致病原因、发病部位以及梗阻程度等，可为临床治疗提供有效的依据。

목적：탐토CT재결장암치장경조질병중적진단개치급의의。방법：장2014년3월～2015년3월아원보외과수치적경수술병리검사학진위결장암치장경조적78례환자작위연구대상，환자재술전균행X선평편검사화CT검사，장량충영상학검사자료여술후병리진행비교，비교량충진단방법적진단부합솔。결과：CT진단출73례장경조，진단부합솔위93.59%（73/78），X선평편진단출50례장경조，진단부합솔위64.10%（50/78），량충진단방법진단부합솔비교，CT진단명현고우X선평편진단，차이유통계학의의；CT진단출장경조병인위결장암유73례，병인검출솔위100%（73/73），현저고우대조조적12%（6/50），수거비교차이유통계학의의。결론：CT재결장암치장경조적진단개치교X선평편고，가이현저제고결장암치장경조진단적준학성，명학진단출장경조적치병원인、발병부위이급경조정도등，가위림상치료제공유효적의거。
ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value and significance of CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.MethodsMarch 2014 to 2015 march in our hospital, who were admitted to general surgery pathologi-caly confirmed colorectal cancer induced 78 patients with intestinal obstruction as the object of study, patients in the preopera-tive underwent X-ray examination and CT examination, examination data of bringing two images after pathological changes were compared, between the two diagnostic methods of diagnosis coincidence rate.ResultsCT diagnosis of 73 cases of intestinal obstruction, the diagnostic accordance rate was 93.59% (73/78), X-ray plain film diagnosis of 50 cases of intestinal obstruc-tion, diagnosis coincidence rate was 64.10% (50/78), two diagnosis method for the diagnosis of accord with rate, CT diagnosis was significantly higher than that of X-ray plain film in the diagnosis, the difference was statistically significant; CT diagnosis of intestinal obstruction disease because of 73 cases of colon cancer and etiology detection rate was 100% (73/73), significantly higher than that of the control group of 12% (6/50), the data difference has statistical significance.ConclusionCT in colon cancer induced by intestinal obstruction diagnosis value than X-ray high, can significantly improve the accuracy of intestinal obstruction caused by the diagnosis of colon cancer, diagnose clearly the cause of intestinal obstruction, diseased parts and the degree of obstruction and can provide the effective basis for the clinical treatment.
