在朔黄线翻浆冒泥较严重的区段进行了现场试验,对比了钢轨轨缝处和钢轨平顺段的动应力幅值大小,列车的轴重、运行速度对路基竖向动应力的影响。试验表明:正对钢轨接缝处路基的竖向动应力约为平顺段的1.6倍,此时传给路基的荷载不能简单地认为是循环荷载而是冲击荷载,路基土在降雨和过大动应力下迁移到线路表面进而表现为翻浆冒泥;竖向动应力随轴重的增加呈非线性增长,随着速度的增长以波浪形式增长。

Field tests were carried out in the most serious area of mud pumping in Shuohuang heavy haul railway and the influence of dynamic stress amplitude,train axle load and running speed in rail gap section and rail smooth section on subgrade vertical dynamic stress were respectively studied. T he test results showed that the subgrade vertical dynamic stress of rail gap is about 1. 6 times the stress of smooth section,the load transmitted to subgrade is impact load rather than cyclic load,subgrade soil moves to the railway line surface and results in mud pumping under situation of rainfall and excessive dynamic stress,vertical dynamic stress has a nonlinear increase with the axle load increasing and has a w ave form increase w ith the train speed increasing.
