目的：探究在心肌梗死患者并发心力衰竭护理中应用循证护理的效果。方法选取我院收治的心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者50例，随机分成两组，对照组和研究组各25例，给予对照组患者常规护理，在对照组基础上给予研究组患者循证护理，统计记录两组患者护理后好转情况及患者对护理的满意度。结果治疗护理后，对照组患者死亡率为20%（5/25），高于研究组的8%（2/25），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组满意率为68%（17/25），低于研究组的96%（24/25），差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论对心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者实施循证护理能够有效降低患者的死亡率，增加患者好转的可能性，提升患者满意度。
목적：탐구재심기경사환자병발심력쇠갈호리중응용순증호리적효과。방법선취아원수치적심기경사병발심력쇠갈환자50례，수궤분성량조，대조조화연구조각25례，급여대조조환자상규호리，재대조조기출상급여연구조환자순증호리，통계기록량조환자호리후호전정황급환자대호리적만의도。결과치료호리후，대조조환자사망솔위20%（5/25），고우연구조적8%（2/25），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；대조조만의솔위68%（17/25），저우연구조적96%（24/25），차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론대심기경사병발심력쇠갈환자실시순증호리능구유효강저환자적사망솔，증가환자호전적가능성，제승환자만의도。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Evidence-based in the care patients with myocardial infarction Accompanied with Heart Failure.Methods We selected 50 cases with myocardial infarction Accompanied with Heart Failure of our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and study group, each group 25 cases. Patients of The control group were given usual care; the study group was given evidence-based care of patients on the basis of the control group. Improvement and satisfaction about the care of the two groups were counted and recorded after treatment.Results After treatment and care, the mortality rate of the control group was 20% (5/25). If was Significantly higher than the study group which was 8%(2/25). The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), satisfaction rate of the control group was 68% (17/25). It was obviously lower than the study group, which was 96%(24/25) the difference was Signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with myocardial infarction accompanied with heart failure implemented evidence-based care can effectively reduce mortality, increase the possibility of improvement and improve patients satisfaction.
