目的：为了降低口腔颌面部手术患者术后恶心呕吐的发生率，探讨地塞米松治疗的预防效果。方法：我院诊治的80例口腔颌面部手术患者，随机将其分为对照组（抗生素）和观察组（对照组基础上，加用地塞米松），对两组术后恶心呕吐，以及其他并发症发生率，进行观察和比较。结果：与对照组相比，观察组术后恶心呕吐总发生率（40.0%vs 62.5%）、恶心伴呕吐发生率（2.5%vs 20.0%），以及术后疼痛（50.0%vs 75.0%）、感染（5.0%vs 20.0%）等并发症的发生率均明显降低，差异有统计学意义。结论：对于口腔颌面部手术患者，地塞米松能够有效预防术后恶心呕吐等并发症的发生，提高手术治疗的临床疗效，值得临床推广。
목적：위료강저구강합면부수술환자술후악심구토적발생솔，탐토지새미송치료적예방효과。방법：아원진치적80례구강합면부수술환자，수궤장기분위대조조（항생소）화관찰조（대조조기출상，가용지새미송），대량조술후악심구토，이급기타병발증발생솔，진행관찰화비교。결과：여대조조상비，관찰조술후악심구토총발생솔（40.0%vs 62.5%）、악심반구토발생솔（2.5%vs 20.0%），이급술후동통（50.0%vs 75.0%）、감염（5.0%vs 20.0%）등병발증적발생솔균명현강저，차이유통계학의의。결론：대우구강합면부수술환자，지새미송능구유효예방술후악심구토등병발증적발생，제고수술치료적림상료효，치득림상추엄。
ObjectiveTo study the prevention effect of dexamethasone for reduction the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting for patients with oral and maxilofacial operation.Methods The 80 patients with oral and maxilofacial operation in our hospital were randomized into the control grou (antibiotics) and the observation group (based on the control group, addition to the dexamethasone). The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting and other complications in the two groups were ob-served and compared.Results compared with the control group, the total incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting (40.0%vs 62.5%)and the incidence of postoperative nausea combined with vomiting(2.5%vs 20.0%), and the incidences of other post-operative complications such as pain (50.0%vs 75.0%)and infection(5.0%vs 20.0%) were significantly reduced in the observa-tion group with statistical difference.ConclusionFor the patients with oral and maxilofacial operation, the dexamethasone can effectively prevent the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, improve the clinical efficacy of operation treatment, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
