目的：探讨中西医结合治疗变应性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的77例变应性真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料，将患者分为治疗组39例与对照组38例，治疗前均给予常规检查、确认，全麻下行手术治疗。对照组患者术后给予口服醋酸泼尼松，治疗组患者在此基础上，加用中医治疗，随访1年，观察患者病情改善情况及复发情况。结果两组患者有效率比较，结果具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。观察随访1年发现，两组患者复发率比较，结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗变应性鼻窦炎具有较好的临床疗效，且可降低复发率。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료변응성진균성비두염적림상료효。방법선택아원수치적77례변응성진균성비두염환자적림상자료，장환자분위치료조39례여대조조38례，치료전균급여상규검사、학인，전마하행수술치료。대조조환자술후급여구복작산발니송，치료조환자재차기출상，가용중의치료，수방1년，관찰환자병정개선정황급복발정황。결과량조환자유효솔비교，결과구유명현차이（P＜0.05）。관찰수방1년발현，량조환자복발솔비교，결과차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중서의결합치료변응성비두염구유교호적림상료효，차가강저복발솔。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in treating allergic fungal sinusitis.MethodsThe clinical data of 77 cases of allergic fungal sinusitis in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases, 39 cases were treated by routine examination and confirmation. In control group, patients given oral prednisone acetate, patients in the treatment group based on and use a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine to treat, after 1 year of follow-up observed in patients with improvement and recurrence.Results Two groups of patients efifciency comparison, the results have signiifcant differences (P<0.05). 1 year follow-up observation found that the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, the results have signiifcant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of allergic sinusitis have good clinical efifcacy and reduces the recurrence rate.
