利用固相合成法制备了表面涂敷多孔 Sm0.7 Sr0.3 CoO 3-δ(SSC )材料的 BaCo0.7 Fe0.3-x Nbx O 3-δ(BCFN)钙钛矿透氧膜片,研究了 SSC 涂覆对 BCFN膜材料透氧量及其结构稳定性的影响.研究发现,表面涂覆多孔 SSC 可明显提高 BCFN 透氧膜的抗 CO 2腐蚀性能.无涂覆的 BCFN 在5% CO 2吹扫条件下透氧60 h 后透氧量降低了85%,而在同样条件下对BCFN 进行表面涂覆改性后透氧量仍可达1.3 mL/cm2?min,透氧率降低约31%.

Porous Sm0.7 Sr0.3 CoO 3 -δ(SSC)coated BaCo0.7 Fe0.3 -x Nbx O 3 -δ(BCFN)perovskite membrane was pre-pared by solid phase reaction method,and the effect of SSC coating on the oxygen permeability of BaCo0.7 Fe0.2 Nb0.1 O 3 -δ membrane under CO 2-containing atmosphere was systematically studied.The results demonstrate that the porous SSC coating enhances the oxygen permeability of BCFN under CO 2-containing atmosphere.The oxygen permeation flux of non-coated BCFN membrane using 5% CO 2 as sweep gas is decreased by 85% after 60 h test,whereas the oxygen flux of SSC-coated BCFN membrane is only decreased by 31% at the same condi-tion,which is still 1.3 mL/cm2 ?min.
