目的：探讨散结镇痛胶囊对子宫内膜异位症患者肝细胞生长因子的影响。方法将132例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分成观察组和对照组，各66例。对照组患者给予孕三烯酮胶囊治疗，观察组患者给予散结镇痛胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的疗效，疼痛评分，泌乳素（ PRL）、雌二醇（E2）、癌抗原125（CA125）、脂联素、肝细胞生长因子、天冬氨酸转氨酶（ AST）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）水平。结果治疗后，观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P <0.05），观察组患者的各项疼痛评分均显著低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组患者的 PRL 及 E2水平均明显低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组患者的脂联素水平显著高于对照组，而肝细胞生长因子水平明显低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组患者的 AST 及 ALT 水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论散结镇痛胶囊能够有效减轻子宫内膜异位症患者的疼痛，改善内分泌紊乱，调节脂联素和肝细胞生长因子的表达，促进患者康复。
목적：탐토산결진통효낭대자궁내막이위증환자간세포생장인자적영향。방법장132례자궁내막이위증환자수궤분성관찰조화대조조，각66례。대조조환자급여잉삼희동효낭치료，관찰조환자급여산결진통효낭치료。비교량조환자적료효，동통평분，비유소（ PRL）、자이순（E2）、암항원125（CA125）、지련소、간세포생장인자、천동안산전안매（ AST）、병안산전안매（ALT）수평。결과치료후，관찰조환자치료유효솔명현고우대조조（P <0.05），관찰조환자적각항동통평분균현저저우대조조（P <0.05）；관찰조환자적 PRL 급 E2수평균명현저우대조조（P <0.05）；관찰조환자적지련소수평현저고우대조조，이간세포생장인자수평명현저우대조조（P <0.05）；관찰조환자적 AST 급 ALT 수평균현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론산결진통효낭능구유효감경자궁내막이위증환자적동통，개선내분비문란，조절지련소화간세포생장인자적표체，촉진환자강복。
Objective To investigate the effect of sanjiezhentong capsules on hepatocyte growth factor in patients with endometriosis. Methods 132 patients with endometriosis were equally,randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the control group were given gestrinone capsules,while the study group patients orally took sanjiezhentong capsules. The clinical efficacy,pain scores and ser-um levels of PRL,E2,CA-125,adiponectin,hepatocyte growth factor,AST and ALT of patients between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the treatment efficiency and serum adiponectin level of the study group were obviously higher than those of the control group(P < 0. 05). The pain scores and serum levels of PRL,E2,CA-125,hepatocyte growth factor,AST and ALT of the study group pa-tients were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The sanjiezhentong capsules could effectively relieve the pain of endometriosis patients and improve their endocrine disorder,including regulating expression of adiponectin and hepatocyte growth factor,so as to promote their disease recovery.
