目的：探讨“肝主疏泄”功能随四时节令变化在生理表现上的差异性。方法运用临床流行病学调查的手段和方法，选择春分、夏至、秋分、冬至四个节令作为四季的观察时点，从躯体、心理两个层面，对大学二年级健康女学生进行追踪观察。结果处于健康状态的大二女学生，在躯体和心理两个维度，表现出冬至得分最高，夏至得分次之，春分、秋分得分相对较低的状况。结论将“肝主疏泄”与“五脏应四时”的理论相结合，通过对健康女大学生的纵向追踪调查，发现“肝主疏泄”的功能随四时节令阳气生长收藏而不断变化，为进一步探讨“肝主疏泄”的功能随四时节令变化的规律提供了一定的依据。

Objective To explore the difference in the physiological manifestations in four seasons in terms of“liver maintaining the free flow of qi”. Methods The approach and method of clinical epidemiol-ogy were adopted. The vernal equinox,summer solstice,autumn equinox and winter solstice were taken as four observation time points. In the physical and psychological aspects,the follow - up observation was done in the sophomore healthy female students. Results In the sophomore healthy female students,in the physical and psychological dimensions,the score of manifestations in winter solstice was the highest and that was of the second top in summer solstice. The score was relatively low in vernal equinox and autumn equinox. Conclu-sion “Liver maintaining the free flow of qi”is theoretic collaborated with“the correspondence of five zang organs with four seasons”. By the longitudinal follow - up investigation in the healthy female students,it is found that“liver maintaining the free flow of qi”is constantly changeable with the growth and storage of yang qi in four seasons,which provides the evidence to investigate the law of“liver maintaining the free flow of qi”with the seasonal changes.
