中医药防治慢性心力衰竭(CHF)临床具有确切疗效，在防治 CHF 发生和发展中的信号通路主要有转化生长因子6(TGF β)Smads信号通路，抑制心肌纤维化的发生；PI 3K/AKT、JAK STAT和核转录因子κB(NF κB)信号通路，抑制炎性反应和心肌细胞肥大，延缓心室重构；AMPK信号通路，调节能量代谢紊乱，抑制代谢重构的发生；CaN信号途径，改善心功能和抑制心肌纤维化等，以延缓心室重构的发生和发展，防治心力衰竭。实验表明中医药可通过多环节、多途径、多靶点，调节信号通路的表达，防治心力衰竭的发生和发展。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the curative effect on prevention and treatment of heart failure.The signaling path-ways in the occurrence and development of heart failure have transforming growth factor(TGF) beta/Smads signal pathway which inhibits the occurrence of myocardial fibrosis,PI 3k/AKT,JAK STAT and NF kB pathway inhibits inflammatory reaction and myo-cyte hypertrophy and delays ventricular remodeling.AMPK signal ing pathways regulates energy metabolism disorder and inhibits met-abolic remodeling occurs,CaN signal pathways which improves cardiac function,inhibits myocardial fibrosis,delays the occurrence and development of ventricular remodeling,and prevents and treats heart failure.Experiments show that Chinese medicine can regu-lat the expression of signaling pathways through multi links,multi channels,multi targets,and prevents and controls the origin and development of heart failure.
