以冲击回波法识别测试盾构中注浆层的形状特征为研究目标,利用大型有限元软件 MSC. MARC 对盾构中 SGS(管片—注浆—围岩)模型进行瞬态冲击数值模拟,通过分析对模型施加瞬态冲击后提取的时程曲线和频谱图,验证了采用冲击法识别盾构中不同形状特征注浆层缺陷的可行性,并总结了识别规律。

Taking the shape features of the grouting layer in the identification tests of impact-ech method in shield as the research aims,finite ele-ment software MSC. MARC was used to simulate the transient response of the SGS( shield segment-grouting-surrounding rock)model transient process of impact. By analyzing the time-history curve and frequency domain after transient process of impact,the feasibility of identifying abnor-mal grouting layers of different shapes in shield tunnel by impact-echo method was verified. The laws about identifying were summarized.
