将尿素和三聚氰胺的混合物置于马弗炉煅烧,制得了产率较高的 g-C3 N4.用 XRD、TEM、BET、FT-IR、UV-Vis、PL、TG-DSC 等对样品进行了表征,以亚甲基蓝为目标化合物,LED 灯为光源,评价了其可见光催化活性.结果表明,当煅烧温度为520℃,尿素含量为60%后,制备的 g-C3 N4呈片状结构,比表面积达到40.63 m2/g,在12 W 的 LED 灯照射下2 h 对15 mg/L的亚甲基蓝降解率达到91.1%.

Make the urea and melamine with the mass ratio of 6∶4 mixed,and then take in the muffle tocalcine, received the g-C3 N4 .The structure of g-C3 N4 were analyzed by XRD,TEM,BET,FT-IR,UV-Vis,PL.The results shows,when the calcination temperature was 520 ℃,the urea content reaches 60%,the g-C3 N4 be exist with the layer structure,and the surface areas was 40.63 m2/g.Be accompanied the illuminate of LED with 12 W,after 2 h the MB with 15 mg/L were degraded 91.1% by the sample.
