目的：观察逐步式双牙合垫矫治器治疗青少年下颌后缩畸形前后上气道形态的变化情况。方法使用逐步式双牙合垫矫治器对13例下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者进行矫治，分析比较矫治前后的X线头颅侧位片。结果戴用逐步式双牙合垫矫治器后PNS－Ad2增大，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。 PNS－R，SPP－SPPW，U－MPW，PAS，V－LPW，H－MP，H－C3Me，H－CVP，TGI，TGH，SPL，SPT均显著性增大，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论逐步式双牙合垫矫治器能扩大患者上气道，改善患者的通气功能。
목적：관찰축보식쌍아합점교치기치료청소년하합후축기형전후상기도형태적변화정황。방법사용축보식쌍아합점교치기대13례하합후축형안씨Ⅱ류Ⅰ분류환자진행교치，분석비교교치전후적X선두로측위편。결과대용축보식쌍아합점교치기후PNS－Ad2증대，단차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。 PNS－R，SPP－SPPW，U－MPW，PAS，V－LPW，H－MP，H－C3Me，H－CVP，TGI，TGH，SPL，SPT균현저성증대，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론축보식쌍아합점교치기능확대환자상기도，개선환자적통기공능。
Objective To investigate changes of the upper airway dimensions before and after using stepwise Twin -block appliances ( TB appliance ) in young adult patients with mandibular retrognathia malocclusion .Methods 13 Angle class II division I patients with mandibular retrusion in mixed dentition or early permanent dentition were treated with stepwise Twin -block appliances .Cephalometric a-nalysis was made before and after treatment .Results After the treatment , PNS-R, SPP-SPPW, U-MPW, PAS, V-LPW, H-MP, H-C3Me,H-CVP,TGI,TGH,SPL,SPT increased significantly (P<0.05),while PNS-Ad2 increased with no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusions Stepwise TB appliances can enlarge the patients ’upper airway and thus effectively improve the airway ventilation in the treatment of mandibular deficiency .
