近年来研究发现长链非编码RNA H19在肿瘤发生发展中起到非常重要的作用。 H19在胃癌、膀胱癌等肿瘤中发挥癌基因的作用，促进肿瘤增殖和转移；在肝癌和前列腺癌中却发挥抑癌基因的作用。 H19的功能较为复杂，有可能作为肿瘤诊断、预后及药物敏感性的生物标记。本文结合国内外最新研究报道，对H19在肿瘤研究中的进展作一综述。

Recent studys have found that long non?coding RNA H19 is playing a very important role in the development and progression of tumors. It acts as the oncogene to promote proliferation and metastasis in gastric cancer, bladder cancer and other tumors, while playing as the tumor suppressor gene in hepatocellular cancer and prostate cancer. The functions of H19 are complicated and it is supposed to be a biomarker for diagnosis, prognosis and drug susceptibility of tumors. In this review, we summarize the latest progress, both domestic and foreign, on the advancements of H19 in tumor research.
