研究了作为渔业副产品且药食同源的海蛾(Pegasus laternarius Cuvier)的抗氧化功效和活性物质。以自由基清除活性为导向,筛选了海蛾的最佳提取方法,对并最佳提取物的不同极性萃取部位进行抗氧化筛选,随后用色谱、波谱技术对活性部位进行化学成分的分离和鉴定。研究确定75%乙醇为最佳提取溶剂,提取总膏萃取后的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位为抗氧化活性部位;在活性部位分离纯化5个化合物,分别鉴定为胆甾醇、(2S,3S,4R,8E)-8,9-二脱氢植物鞘氨醇(2’R)-2’-羟基脂肪酰胺、胆甾醇硫酸酯、对羟基苯甲醛和牛磺酸。研究结果表明,海蛾提取物抗氧化作用明确,活性部位为乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位,活性部位的化学成分研究为其进一步药效研究奠定了物质基础。

The paper studied the antioxidant functions and active constitutes of Seamoth Pegasus laternarius Cuvier,known as a by-product of fishery and having the homology of medicine and food.The extraction method was optimized and guided by radicals scavenging tests.Different fractions of the extract were screened for their antioxidant functions, and the active fractions were studied for their chemical constitutes by chromatograph.75% alcohol was determined to be the best extract solvent,and ethyl acetate and n-Butnol fractions were considered to be the active fractions.Five compounds were identified as cholesterol,(2S,3S, 4R,8E )-8,9-didehydro-phytosphingosine (2 ’R )-2 ’-hydroxy fatty amides, cholesterol sulphate, p-hydrobenzaldehyde,and taurine.The antioxidant function of the Seamoth extract is clear,and the active fractions are ethyl acetate and n-Butnol fractions.The chemical study could provide material basis for the continuous drug efficacy research of Seamoth.
