目的：评价舌侧错位侧切牙行氧化锆全瓷修复远期疗效和美学效果。方法选取2012年4月—2014年5月在我院口腔科就诊的106例（130颗）侧切牙舌侧错位患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组53例（68颗）采取氧化锆全瓷修复，对照组53例（62颗）采取镍铬合金烤瓷修复，随访2年，对两组患者修复体效果进行评价，对两组患者对修复美观效果满意度情况进行调查。结果随访2年时，试验组患者修复体外形、颜色匹配、牙龈适应性和牙敏感性合格率分别为97．1％、100．0％、94．1％和94．1％，均高于对照组患者，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；试验组患者对修复体美观效果满意度为98．1％，显著高于对照组的81．1％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论氧化锆全瓷应用于侧切牙舌侧错位修复可以有效改善患者远期疗效和美观效果，提高患者对美观效果满意度。

목적：평개설측착위측절아행양화고전자수복원기료효화미학효과。방법선취2012년4월—2014년5월재아원구강과취진적106례（130과）측절아설측착위환자，수궤분위시험조화대조조，시험조53례（68과）채취양화고전자수복，대조조53례（62과）채취얼락합금고자수복，수방2년，대량조환자수복체효과진행평개，대량조환자대수복미관효과만의도정황진행조사。결과수방2년시，시험조환자수복체외형、안색필배、아간괄응성화아민감성합격솔분별위97．1％、100．0％、94．1％화94．1％，균고우대조조환자，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；시험조환자대수복체미관효과만의도위98．1％，현저고우대조조적81．1％，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론양화고전자응용우측절아설측착위수복가이유효개선환자원기료효화미관효과，제고환자대미관효과만의도。
Objective To evaluate the long-term curative and aesthetic effects of zirconia all-ceramic restorations in lateral incisor lingual dislocation lines .Methods In our department of stomatology from April ,2012 to May,2014,130 teeth with lateral incisor lin-gual errors from 106 patients were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group .In the experimental group,53 patients (68 teeth)took zirconia all-ceramic restorations;in the control group,53 cases (62 teeth)took nickel-chromium alloy porcelain restorations .During a 2-year-follow-up,the restoration effects of both groups were evaluated ,and their aesthetic satisfaction to-wards the restorations was investigated .Results After 2 years,the qualified rate of the prosthesis shape ,color matching,gingival a-daptability and tooth sensitivity in the experiment group were 97.1%,100.0%,94.1%,and 94.1%,respectively,all of which were higher than that of the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the ex-periment group was also significantly higher than that of the control group (98.1%vs.81.1%,P<0.05).Conclusions The applica-tion of zirconia all-ceramic restorations to lateral incisor lingual dislocation lines can effectively improve the long -term curative and aes-thetic effects in patients ,and improve their aesthetic satisfaction .
