目的:探究和分析不同口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中对骨再生的影响。方法选取2013年4月—2014年4月我院进行牙种植骨再生术的64例患者为研究对象,按照骨再生的引导时采用的口腔修复膜材料不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用Bio-Gide生物膜,对照组采用钛膜,观察记录两组患者修复成功的情况、植骨厚度、1周后骨厚度以及不良反应的发生情况,并进行分析比较。结果观察组患者手术修复成功率为100%,对照组患者手术修复成功率为81.25%,两组患者的手术修复成功率(χ2=6.5172,P=0.0107)、植骨密度(t=5.2894,P=0.0000)、骨厚度(t=6.2960、P=0.0000)、总不良反应发生率(χ2=6.5172,P=0.0107)差异具有统计学意义。结论 Bio-Gide生物膜在牙种植术中的应用对骨再生的引导作用显著,手术成功率高,重新建立牙槽骨外形,有利于植骨和骨再生,具有高度的临床使用价值。

목적:탐구화분석불동구강수복막재료재아충식중대골재생적영향。방법선취2013년4월—2014년4월아원진행아충식골재생술적64례환자위연구대상,안조골재생적인도시채용적구강수복막재료불동분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조채용Bio-Gide생물막,대조조채용태막,관찰기록량조환자수복성공적정황、식골후도、1주후골후도이급불량반응적발생정황,병진행분석비교。결과관찰조환자수술수복성공솔위100%,대조조환자수술수복성공솔위81.25%,량조환자적수술수복성공솔(χ2=6.5172,P=0.0107)、식골밀도(t=5.2894,P=0.0000)、골후도(t=6.2960、P=0.0000)、총불량반응발생솔(χ2=6.5172,P=0.0107)차이구유통계학의의。결론 Bio-Gide생물막재아충식술중적응용대골재생적인도작용현저,수술성공솔고,중신건립아조골외형,유리우식골화골재생,구유고도적림상사용개치。
Objective To explore and analyze the influences of different membrane materials for oral rehabilitation on bone regenera -tion in tooth implantation .Methods 64 patients undergoing tooth implantation and bone regeneration admitted by the outpatient and inpatient department of this hospital from April ,2013 to April,2014 were selected as research subjects .They were divided into the ob-servation group and the control group according to the different membrane materials for oral repair used in the guidance of bone regener -ation.Patients in the observation group used Bio-Gide bio-film,while patients in the control group used titanium membrane .The condi-tions,thickness of bone implantation ,bone thickness upon 1 week and the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients with successful re -pair in two groups were observed ,and the analysis and comparison were carried out .Results The success rate of the surgical repair of patients in the observation group hit 100%,while that of the patients in the control group hit 81.25%.The difference was statistically significant between two groups in terms of the success rate of surgical repair (χ2 =6.5172,P=0.0107),the density of bone grafting (t=5.2894,P=0.0000),the bone thickness (t=6.2960,P=0.0000),and the total incidence of adverse reactions (χ2 =6.5172,P=0.0107).Conclusions Bio-Gide bio-film delivers significant guiding effects on the bone regeneration in the application of tooth im-plantation surgery.It increases the success rate of surgeries ,re-establishes alveolar bone appearance ,and makes for bone grafting and bone regeneration ,having a high value of clinical use .
