目的：：比较 Vitapex 糊剂和普通氢氧化钙糊剂两种材料应用于根尖诱导成形术的疗效。方法：选择2010~2014我科门诊病人60例,其中男33例,女27例,年龄在7~11岁,因病或外伤等原因根尖孔尚未完全发育的患牙共60颗。随机分为实验组31颗,对照组29颗。常规完成根管清理,根管消毒后,分别用 Vitapex 糊剂及普通氢氧化钙糊剂行根尖诱导成形术。结果：2a 后随访,Vitapex 糊剂组成功24例,成功率为93.55%；普通氢氧化钙糊剂组成功29例,成功率为82.76%；差异有显著性(P <0.05)。结论：Vitapex 糊剂作为根尖诱导药物行年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术较普通氢氧化钙糊剂疗效好。
목적：：비교 Vitapex 호제화보통경양화개호제량충재료응용우근첨유도성형술적료효。방법：선택2010~2014아과문진병인60례,기중남33례,녀27례,년령재7~11세,인병혹외상등원인근첨공상미완전발육적환아공60과。수궤분위실험조31과,대조조29과。상규완성근관청리,근관소독후,분별용 Vitapex 호제급보통경양화개호제행근첨유도성형술。결과：2a 후수방,Vitapex 호제조성공24례,성공솔위93.55%；보통경양화개호제조성공29례,성공솔위82.76%；차이유현저성(P <0.05)。결론：Vitapex 호제작위근첨유도약물행년경항아근첨유도성형술교보통경양화개호제료효호。
Objective:The clinical effect comparison of Vitapex paste and ordinary calcium hydroxide paste used in appexification.Methods:60 cases were reviewed of our department from 2010 to 2014 outpatients,33 cases of male,27 cases of female,aged from 7~1 1 years old,a total of 60 teeth that the root hole had not yet fully developed due to illness or injury.31 were randomly divided into experimental group,and the others were control group.Two groups were operated appexification with Vitapex paste and ordinary calcium hydroxide paste separately after conventional complete root canal cleaning and root canal disinfection.Results:After 2 years follow-up,Vitapex paste group of 24 cases of success,and the success rate was 93.55%;Ordinary calcium hydroxide cataplasm group of 29 cases of success,and the success rate was 82.76%.There was significant difference (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:As a root induction drug, Vitapex paste has better clinical effect than ordinary calcium hydroxide paste of young permanent teeth appexification.
