糖尿病是目前威胁全人类健康的重大疾病之一，其中90％以上均为2型糖尿病。近年来，我国糖尿病发病率快速增长，且年龄呈年轻化趋势。研究表明，与传统内科治疗相比，减重手术在减轻体重、维持血糖平衡方面有着更好的治疗效果，不仅可以有效的治疗肥胖及2型糖尿病，还可显著改善相关的心血管并发症风险。但手术治疗2型糖尿病的机制尚未完全明确，国内外研究提出了各种可能，本文现对目前的研究进展作一综述。

Diabetes mellitus is one of the most serious medical issues which threaten the health of humen being ’ s in worldwide , and more then 90% is type 2 diabetes mellitus .Increasing data indicates , compare with medical therapy , bariatric surgery is more effective on reducing weight and maintaining blood glucose balance ,it not only has effective treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes ,but also significantly reduce the risk of the related cardiaovascular compliacations .Howerber,the mechanism of bariatric surgery for type 2 diabetes mellitus is not yet fully clear ,the domestic and foreign research has proposed various possibilities , this article is a review of the current research progress .
