目的:观察PDCA循环预防2型糖尿病患者低血糖的效果.方法:160例分为AB两组各80例,A组将PDCA循环方法用于预防2型糖尿病患者低血糖,B组用传统方法.结果:观察期间低血糖发生率A组较B组低(P<0.05),低血糖相关知识掌握A组较B组高(P<0.05).结论:PDCA循环用于2型糖尿病患者管理能降低低血糖的发生率.
목적:관찰PDCA순배예방2형당뇨병환자저혈당적효과.방법:160례분위AB량조각80례,A조장PDCA순배방법용우예방2형당뇨병환자저혈당,B조용전통방법.결과:관찰기간저혈당발생솔A조교B조저(P<0.05),저혈당상관지식장악A조교B조고(P<0.05).결론:PDCA순배용우2형당뇨병환자관리능강저저혈당적발생솔.
Objective:To evaluate the effect of applying PDCA circulation in the prevention of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method:160 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly. The PDCA cycle theory was used to manage the prevention of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 then observed during hospitalization and three months after discharge. And compared with the traditional methods of observation period in patients with hypoglycemia awareness rate and the incidence. Result:Compared with that of the control group(B group),the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in intervention group(A group) during observation was significantly reduced (P<0.05),hypoglycemia related knowledge improved significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of PDCA circulation in the management of patients with type 2 diabetes could effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
