With the continuous improvement of the requirements of power engineering construction and management, the traditional power engineering management mode has been obsolete. Therefore, this paper introduces the modern project management body of knowledge (PMBOK)to improve the power engineering management, and the suggestions of stakeholder management, risk management, human resource management, communication management and procurement management are proposed.
