文章简要阐述情境认知与学习理论以及意义构建理论,在个人意义构建模型和组织意义构建模型的基础上,提出了社会意义构建模型,然后根据成员信息交流机制,提出基于主动交流的社会意义构建模式和基于无主动交流的社会意义构建模式,并进行了比较分析。
文章簡要闡述情境認知與學習理論以及意義構建理論,在箇人意義構建模型和組織意義構建模型的基礎上,提齣瞭社會意義構建模型,然後根據成員信息交流機製,提齣基于主動交流的社會意義構建模式和基于無主動交流的社會意義構建模式,併進行瞭比較分析。

This article brielfy describes situated cognition and learning theory, sense-making theory. Based on the individual and organizational sense-making model, we presented social sense-making model. And then, according to the mechanism for exchange of information between members, we analyzed and compared social sense-making model based on the initiative communication and its based on the passive communication.
