目的：探讨中医规范化康复护理对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者肢体康复的影响。方法：将60例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，两组给予基础药物及针刺治疗，对照组按脑卒中护理进行常规护理，观察组运用护理路径模式进行中医规范化康复护理。于治疗前、治疗2、4周对患者进行简化 Fugl －meyer（FMI）量表和 Barthel 指数评分，观察两组肢体功能疗效及生存质量。结果：两组治疗后 FMI 量表评分及 Barthel 指数评分与治疗前比较均有统计学意义（P ＜0.01，P ＜0.05），且观察组 FMI 量表评分及 Barthel 指数评分高于对照组（P ＜0.01，P ＜0.05）；观察组疗效高于对照组（P ＜0.01，P ＜0.05）。结论：中医规范化康复护理能较好地改善缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的肢体功能，从而提高生存质量和疗效。

목적：탐토중의규범화강복호리대결혈성뇌졸중회복기환자지체강복적영향。방법：장60례결혈성뇌졸중회복기환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조각30례，량조급여기출약물급침자치료，대조조안뇌졸중호리진행상규호리，관찰조운용호리로경모식진행중의규범화강복호리。우치료전、치료2、4주대환자진행간화 Fugl －meyer（FMI）량표화 Barthel 지수평분，관찰량조지체공능료효급생존질량。결과：량조치료후 FMI 량표평분급 Barthel 지수평분여치료전비교균유통계학의의（P ＜0.01，P ＜0.05），차관찰조 FMI 량표평분급 Barthel 지수평분고우대조조（P ＜0.01，P ＜0.05）；관찰조료효고우대조조（P ＜0.01，P ＜0.05）。결론：중의규범화강복호리능교호지개선결혈성뇌졸중회복기환자적지체공능，종이제고생존질량화료효。
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing of TCM on limb rehabilitation in convalescent pa-tients with ischemic stroke.Methods:60 ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (30 cases in each group).The patients in both groups were treated with basic drugs and acupuncture.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the standardized rehabilitation nursing of TCMwas adopted in the observation group according to clinical nursing path.The patients were scored by FMI and Barthel index before treatment and after treatment for 2 and 4 weeks,the limb functions and quality of life of the patients were observed in the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant difference in the comparison of the FMI score and Barthel score between the two groups after treatment (P <0.01,P <0.05);the scores of FMI and Barthel index were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05);the effect of the patients was better in the observation group than the control group (P <0.01,P <0.05).Conclusion:The standardized rehabilitation nursing of TCM can improve the limb function of conva-lescent patients with ischemic stroke so as to improve their quality of life and treatment efficacy.
