Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet%Osteoporosis%Dexamethasone%Tretinoin%Pharmacology experiment
目的:观察藤黄健骨片对地塞米松和维甲酸所致骨质疏松模型大鼠的改善作用.方法:采用地塞米松肌肉注射和维甲酸灌胃的方法制成骨质疏松模型大鼠,随机分为5组(模型组、依普黄酮片组、藤黄健骨片低、中、高剂量组),另单设空白对照组.连续给药14天,观察血液生化指标(钙、碱性磷酸酶)、血清激素水平(雌二醇、降钙素)和骨力学的变化情况.结果:藤黄健骨片高剂量组能明显提高大鼠血清钙和降钙素水平,且降低其血清碱性磷酸酶水平;中、高剂量组能明显提高血清雌二醇水平;藤黄健骨片低、中、高剂量组能明显提升雄性大鼠的最大弯曲力,高剂量组能明显提升雌性大鼠的最大弯曲力;与模型组比较藤黄健骨片低、中、高剂量组的抗弯强度和断裂挠度均有显著升高(P<0.05).结论:藤黄健骨片对地塞米松和维甲酸诱导的骨质疏松动物模型具有显著的改善作用,能提高血清钙和激素水平,并能明显改善骨力学特性.
目的:觀察籐黃健骨片對地塞米鬆和維甲痠所緻骨質疏鬆模型大鼠的改善作用.方法:採用地塞米鬆肌肉註射和維甲痠灌胃的方法製成骨質疏鬆模型大鼠,隨機分為5組(模型組、依普黃酮片組、籐黃健骨片低、中、高劑量組),另單設空白對照組.連續給藥14天,觀察血液生化指標(鈣、堿性燐痠酶)、血清激素水平(雌二醇、降鈣素)和骨力學的變化情況.結果:籐黃健骨片高劑量組能明顯提高大鼠血清鈣和降鈣素水平,且降低其血清堿性燐痠酶水平;中、高劑量組能明顯提高血清雌二醇水平;籐黃健骨片低、中、高劑量組能明顯提升雄性大鼠的最大彎麯力,高劑量組能明顯提升雌性大鼠的最大彎麯力;與模型組比較籐黃健骨片低、中、高劑量組的抗彎彊度和斷裂撓度均有顯著升高(P<0.05).結論:籐黃健骨片對地塞米鬆和維甲痠誘導的骨質疏鬆動物模型具有顯著的改善作用,能提高血清鈣和激素水平,併能明顯改善骨力學特性.
목적:관찰등황건골편대지새미송화유갑산소치골질소송모형대서적개선작용.방법:채용지새미송기육주사화유갑산관위적방법제성골질소송모형대서,수궤분위5조(모형조、의보황동편조、등황건골편저、중、고제량조),령단설공백대조조.련속급약14천,관찰혈액생화지표(개、감성린산매)、혈청격소수평(자이순、강개소)화골역학적변화정황.결과:등황건골편고제량조능명현제고대서혈청개화강개소수평,차강저기혈청감성린산매수평;중、고제량조능명현제고혈청자이순수평;등황건골편저、중、고제량조능명현제승웅성대서적최대만곡력,고제량조능명현제승자성대서적최대만곡력;여모형조비교등황건골편저、중、고제량조적항만강도화단렬뇨도균유현저승고(P<0.05).결론:등황건골편대지새미송화유갑산유도적골질소송동물모형구유현저적개선작용,능제고혈청개화격소수평,병능명현개선골역학특성.
Objective:To observe the improvement of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet on the osteoporosis model rat induced by dexamethasone and tretinoin. Method: Sprague-Dawley rats were injected intramuscularly with dexamethasone and lavaged with tretinoin to be osteoporosis models. The model rats were divided randomly into five groups(model group,ipriflavone tablet group,groups with low,middle and high dosage of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet). The blank control group was set separately. The dosing course was 14 days. The serum biochemical indexes,the level of serum hormone and the changes of bone mechanics were detected and observed. Result:The high dosage group of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet could improve the level of serum calcium and calcitonin significantly and could reduce the level of serum alkaline phosphatase. The middle and high dosage groups of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet could improve the level of serum estradiol. The low,middle and high dosage groups of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet could significantly improve maximum bending force of male rats and the high dosage group of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet could significantly improve maximum bending force of female rats. Compared with that of the model group,the bending strength and fracture deflection of the low, middle and high dosage groups increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tenghuang Jiangu Tablet has the significant effect on rat osteoporosis model, which could improve serum calcium,serum hormone and bone mechanical properties.
