目的:探讨间歇充气加压预防重症患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法:回顾2015年1~3月于我院重症医学科住院的258例患者资料,其中将应用分级加压弹力袜预防下肢 DVT 120例作为对照组,将采用间歇式充气加压法预防下肢DVT 138例作为观察组。比较两组干预前及干预后第2、5、7天股静脉血流峰速度(Vp)、血流平均速度(Vm)和血流量(BF)及下肢 DVT 和肺栓塞发生情况。结果:观察组干预后第5天和第7天股静脉 Vp、Vm、BF 均高于对照组(P <0.01);观察组下肢 DVT发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:间歇充气加压可促进下肢血液循环,有效预防重症患者下肢 DVT,效果优于分级加压弹力袜。

목적:탐토간헐충기가압예방중증환자하지심정맥혈전형성(DVT)적효과。방법:회고2015년1~3월우아원중증의학과주원적258례환자자료,기중장응용분급가압탄력말예방하지 DVT 120례작위대조조,장채용간헐식충기가압법예방하지DVT 138례작위관찰조。비교량조간예전급간예후제2、5、7천고정맥혈류봉속도(Vp)、혈류평균속도(Vm)화혈류량(BF)급하지 DVT 화폐전새발생정황。결과:관찰조간예후제5천화제7천고정맥 Vp、Vm、BF 균고우대조조(P <0.01);관찰조하지 DVT발생솔저우대조조(P <0.05)。결론:간헐충기가압가촉진하지혈액순배,유효예방중증환자하지 DVT,효과우우분급가압탄력말。
Objective:To investigate the effect of intermittent pneumatic compression in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity in critically ill patients.Methods:The data of 258 hospitalized critically ill patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.120 critically ill patients treated with the graded compression elastic stockings were taken as the control group;the other 138 pa-tients treated with intermittent pneumatic compression for the prevention of DVT were taken as the observation group.The Vp,Vm and BF of femoral vein and the incidence of DVT and pulmonary embolism were compared between the two groups before the intervention and on the 2nd,5th and 7th day after the intervention.Results:The Vp,Vm and BF of femoral vein on 5th and 7th day after the intervention were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.01);the incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The intermittent pneumatic compression can promote blood circulation of lower limbs and effectively prevent the incidence of DVT of lower extremity in critically ill patients.The effect of intermittent pneumatic compression is bet-ter than that of graded compression elastic stockings in the prevention of DVT.
