The authors introduced the current situation of sub -health status and occupational interest of nursing staff as well as it's relationship .The influencing factors of sub health and occupational interest of nursing staff were summarized , and the correlation were explored to propose the research direction of improving the sub -health state of nursing staff by raising occupational interest .
