目的：探讨医院护理人员在临床输血过程中存在的问题，加强应对策略的实施，减少输血安全隐患的发生。方法抽取本院149名护理人员进行输血相关知识考核，考核结束后收回问卷，将输血过程安全隐患及护理人员在输血护理时存在的问题进行统计分析。结果通过对输血安全隐患分析，加强输血过程中护理管理，有效降低隐患发生率。结论采取积极有效的管理对策，即严格掌握输血指征、健全规章制度、加强输血安全过程精细化管理等，可以显著降低临床输血安全隐患的发生，保护患者安全。

목적：탐토의원호리인원재림상수혈과정중존재적문제，가강응대책략적실시，감소수혈안전은환적발생。방법추취본원149명호리인원진행수혈상관지식고핵，고핵결속후수회문권，장수혈과정안전은환급호리인원재수혈호리시존재적문제진행통계분석。결과통과대수혈안전은환분석，가강수혈과정중호리관리，유효강저은환발생솔。결론채취적겁유효적관리대책，즉엄격장악수혈지정、건전규장제도、가강수혈안전과정정세화관리등，가이현저강저림상수혈안전은환적발생，보호환자안전。
Objective To discuss problems of hospital nursing stuff in the process of Clinical Transfusion , and to reduce the risk of transfusion safety .Methods The knowledge of blood transfusion in 149 nursing staff in hospital were examined .The safety risk and the problem of nursing staff in the blood transfusion process were ana -lyzed.Results The risk of the hidden trouble was reduced by analysing the safety risk of blood transfusion , and strengthening the nursing management in the process of blood transfusion .Conclusion The risk of clinical transfu -sion safety could be significantly reduced , and the safety of patients could be protected , by taking active and effec-tive management measures , including Strictly grasping the indications of blood transfusion , improving the rules and regulations, strengthening the management of the safety of blood transfusion .
