目的：探讨品管圈（ Quality Control Circle ，QCC）活动对提高外科加强医疗病房（ Surgical Intensive Care Units ， SICU）医护人员手卫生依从性的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组，采用上海市《医务人员手卫生依从性观察表》，对SICU本科医护人员进行手卫生依从性调查，通过脑力激荡及柏拉图等品管工具分析存在的问题，采用相应的方式进行干预并比较干预前后手卫生执行率。结果开展品管圈活动后医护人员手卫生执行率为87．74％，与开展活动前71．69％比较，有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）；圈员QCC方法运用、团队精神、脑力开发、沟通协调、活动信心与责任荣誉6个方面得到显著提高（ P＜0．01）。结论开展品管圈活动，不仅有效提高SICU医护人员手卫生依从性，也提高QCC圈员的团队精神和质量管理能力。

Objective To discuss the application effect of QCC ( Quality Control Circle ) activities for im-proving hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in SICU ( Surgical Intensive Care Units , SICU ) .Methods Set up QCC .“Observation sheet of medical staff's hand hygiene compliance” was used to investigate the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in SICU .Rainstorming , Plato and other quality control tools were used to analyze pres-ent existing problems .The implementation of hand hygiene before and after intervention were compared .Results Implementation rate of hand hygiene improved to 87 .74% after QCC activity , higher than 71 .69% before ( P<0 .01 );Circle members'ability of using QCC Methods , spirit of teamwork , Intelligence development , communica-tion and coordination , confidence and responsibility with honor were significantly increased ( P<0 .01 ) .Conclu-sion hand hygiene compliance in SICU , the QCC circle team members'group spirit, and quality management abilities were improved by applying QCC .
