目的:参照创建研究型医院标准,选择医疗数质量指标,构建科室绩效考核体系,通过分析绩效考核结果,验证其效果。方法在文献查询、专家访谈的基础上,选择数量、效率和质量三类考核指标并确定权重,计算得分,以外科系统为例对比分析各项指标前后差异。结果各科室数质量指标均明显提升,呈逐年上升趋势。结论该绩效考核体系科学、实用、公平,对于绩效工资的规范管理、工作效率的提高和医疗质量的持续改进具有促进作用。

목적:삼조창건연구형의원표준,선택의료수질량지표,구건과실적효고핵체계,통과분석적효고핵결과,험증기효과。방법재문헌사순、전가방담적기출상,선택수량、효솔화질량삼류고핵지표병학정권중,계산득분,이외과계통위례대비분석각항지표전후차이。결과각과실수질량지표균명현제승,정축년상승추세。결론해적효고핵체계과학、실용、공평,대우적효공자적규범관리、공작효솔적제고화의료질량적지속개진구유촉진작용。
Objective Referring standards of research -oriented hospital , key medical quantity and quali-ty indicators were selected , and department performance appraisal system was bulit .The effectiveness was verified by analyzing the results of performance appraisal .Methods On the basis of literature search and expert inter-views, the quantity, efficiency and quality performance indicators were selected and the weights were calculated . Scores in the surgical system were compared .Results Scores of medical quantity and quality indicators improved significantly year by year .Conclusion Standard management of performance pay, continuous improvement of working efficiency and medical quality could be promoted by applying our performance appraisal system .
