The running state of the DH80 air compressor unit was on-line monitored by the online monitoring system, and thus the relevant fault diagnosis was done based on the degradation trend chart of the equipment and its vibration spectrum characteristics. And furthermore the causes leading to the vibration during operation of the air compressor were also analyzed so that the preventive and explorative treatment measures for the maintenance equipment in the future operation practice were proposed to guarantee the safe operation of the air compressor.
