本文阐述医患心理互动在构建和谐医患关系中的重要性，从信任的互动、心态的互动、情感的互动、利益的互动、需要的互动、满意感的互动等六个方面强调医患心理互动的复杂性和必要性，指出程序化的医患沟通只能伤害双方本就脆弱的亲密感和信任关系，只有真诚的互动并分享内心感受才有望建立和谐的医患关系，为构建和谐医患关系提供理论依据。

The authors illustrated the importance of doctor -patient psychological interaction in building a harmonious doctor -patient relationship .The complexity and necessity of doctor -patient psychological interaction was emphasized from six aspects , including the interaction of doctor -patient trust , interaction of mind state , emo-tional interaction , interaction of interests , interaction of need , and interaction of satisfaction .They also revealed that procedural doctor -patient communication might hurt fragile doctor -patient intimacy and trust , only sincere interactive sharing of inner feeling could be expected to establish a harmonious doctor -patient relationship , and then the theoretical basis was provided to build a harmonious doctor -patient relationship .
