近年来，城市中的社区养老服务渐渐兴起，并不断发展，但大部分养老社区还处于发展阶段，普遍存在着资源募集面较窄、经费短缺、服务内容单调、社区能动性差等问题，养老社区的自治能力普遍低下。本文以养老社区为核心，纳入组织自主性的观点，进行养老社区与政府、非营利组织、企业及研究机构的网络互动关系研究，探索养老社区自主能力的提升途径。
근년래，성시중적사구양로복무점점흥기，병불단발전，단대부분양로사구환처우발전계단，보편존재착자원모집면교착、경비단결、복무내용단조、사구능동성차등문제，양로사구적자치능력보편저하。본문이양로사구위핵심，납입조직자주성적관점，진행양로사구여정부、비영리조직、기업급연구궤구적망락호동관계연구，탐색양로사구자주능력적제승도경。
In recent years, the services of urban communication for old people gradually rise and continue to develop. However, most of them are still in the development stage. There are common problems of the shortage of resources, the shortage of funds, the monotonous service and poor motility of the community. The autonomy of the communication for old people is generally low. Taking the communication for old people as the core, this paper considers the view of the organization's autonomy, and studies the relationship of network interaction between the network and the government, non profit organization, enterprise and research organization. The ways to improve the autonomous ability of the communication for old people is also explored in this paper.
