在晚期或复发性前列腺癌的治疗中，间歇性雄激素阻断（IAD）治疗正逐渐成为持续性雄激素阻断治疗（CAD）的替代选择。尽管在转移性前列腺癌患者中，IAD的优势并未明确，但对于其他无转移的晚期前列腺癌患者，该方法可作为标准治疗选择。本文介绍了IAD应用相关的问题，包括患者选择、治疗和随访周期。

ABSTRACT:For the treatment of advanced or recurrent prostate cancer ,intermittent androgen deprivation (IAD) therapy has gradually become the alternative for continuous androgen deprivation (CAD) therapy .Although the advantage of IAD for metastatic prostate cancer is not definite ,but IAD can be a standard treatment option for non‐metastatic advanced prostate cancer .This review gives a brief account of some relevant information about IAD use ,including patients’ selection ,treatment and follow‐up period .
