The super-precision finishing is the last step in rolling bearing processing ,its processing method and processing equipment has deeply influence on the cost and quality of rolling bearings .This article has reviewed the the principle and characteristics of su-per-precision finishing ,and analyzed the influence of the process parameters and the methods on the bearing life ,in order to give a positive role on the super-precision finishing of rolling bearings .
