目的 分析顺尔宁联合小剂量阿奇霉素治疗上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效. 方法 随机选取我院门诊2014年2月1日至2015年1月1日期间的60例上气道咳嗽综合征患儿, 其中, 30例接受小剂量阿奇霉素治疗的患儿被设为对照组, 30例接受顺尔宁联合小剂量阿奇霉素治疗的患儿被设为试验组, 观察、 比较两组患儿的临床治疗结果. 结果 治疗后, 试验组的咳嗽评分为(0.81士0.33) 分, 优于对照组的 (1.56士0.72) 分, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 试验组的治疗有效率为93.33%, 显著高于对照组的73.33%, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 结论 顺尔宁联合小剂量阿奇霉素治疗上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效显著, 可有效改善咳嗽等症状, 值得临床推广应用.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of singulair combined with small dose of azithromycin in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome. Methods 60 cases of patients with upper airway cough syndrome in the outpatient department of our hospital from February 1, 2014 to January 1, 2015 were selected in this study. 30 patients treated with small dose of azithromycin were set as control group, and 30 patients treated with singulair combined with small dose of azithromycin were set as experimental group. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After therapy, the cough rating score of the experimental group was (0.81 ± 0.33) points, significantly better than (1.56 ± 0.72) points of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Singulair combined with small dose of azithromycin has significant efficacy in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome, which can effectively improve the symptoms of cough and deserve clinical application.
